Information about data protection about our data processing
Your personal data is recorded, due to personal contacts with employees of the Family Larsson-Rosenquist Foundation, Rheinstrasse 1, 8500 Frauenfeld, Switzerland, +41 41 510 05 10, in our address database which is hosted on servers in Switzerland and Germany. We take the protection of your privacy seriously and would therefore like to provide you with the following information in analogy to Art. 13 GDPR:
1. Purpose of processing
The processing of your personal data serves to inform you about the activities of the FLRF. The data is not used commercially.
This also constitutes the necessary legitimate interest in the processing of the data within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
2. We process the following categories of personal data:
First name, surname, email address, address, phone
3. Recipients or categories of recipients
Your data are only available to those internal bodies or organisational units which need to have access thereto to achieve the purpose described in section 1.
4. Duration of storage of your data
We retain your personal data only as long as it is necessary and permissible to reach the purpose described in Art. 1.
5. Your privacy rights
You may assert the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and right to object under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR. Please, direct your application for exercise of your rights to email@example.com.
