In the spirit of free knowledge exchange, LactaHub recorded the presentations by experts Dr. Chantell Witten & Dr. Nazeeia Sayed (both University of the Western Cape, Centre of Excellence in Food Security) and keynote speaker Professor Richmond Aryeetey (University of Ghana).
